At Kill The Coward, every piece is made to order — quality over speed, and precision over chaos.

We don’t sit on stock; we create each item only when it’s earned.

 

🔹 Order Processing

 

All products are custom made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Apliiq.

Production typically takes about 3–7 business days before shipping begins.

 

🔹 Shipping Times

 

Once your order is in the system:

 

  • Domestic (U.S.): After production, expect shipping in 2–7 business days.

  • International: Shipping may take 10–30 business days or more, depending on transit and customs.

 

Because we don’t rush quality, your order may take a little longer than fast-fashion. But when it arrives — it will carry the mark of uncompromised execution.


 

🔹 Tracking Your Order

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with a tracking link when it ships.

If tracking doesn’t update immediately, give it up to 48 hours for the carrier system to register.

If the tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact us at killthecowardofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help sort it out.


 

🔹 Shipping Errors & Address Issues

 

You’re responsible for entering accurate shipping info at checkout.

If your order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us immediately — if production hasn’t begun, we’ll correct it without charge.


 

🔹 Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

For international orders: any customs fees, import duties or local taxes are your responsibility.

These are not included in product prices or shipping estimates. Transit times may also increase due to customs delays.


 

🔹 Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with order number and photos (if damaged).

We’ll coordinate a resolution — whether replacement or refund — under our Refund Policy.
